HCC Employee Safety Policy

HCC houses a stringent 100% Safety Program that is engraved in every project and every employee. Our project sites require 100% use of all PPE (personal protective equipment) at ALL times. Such PPE includes, but is certainly not limited to as it varies on environmental conditions, safety hard hats, protective eyewear and safety steel-toed footwear.

HCC enforces a strict safety citation program with regard to all O.S.H.A./HCC safety rules and regulations. The policy is as follows:

• First Violation - FORMAL ADMINISTRATIVE WARNING
• Secondary Violation - FORMAL ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION
• Total of three (3) CITATIONS* - Week of Administrative Leave, without monetary retribution.
• Additional two (2) CITATIONS* - Employment Termination.
• *Based on one (1) year time incremental.

HCC Drug Testing Policy

HCC conducts random drug testing/screening throughout each year, and accordingly, every employee is subject to such testing/screening. * HCC also requires drug testing/screening prior to official employment opportunity.

Refusal of said testing/screening will result in immediate employment termination. Testing/Screening failure may also result in immediate employment termination.
